FROM HIGHLAND - cross Mid-Hudson Bridge Follow Rt. 44 -55 till it splits. Stayto left (Rt. 44) pass Adams on the left. Continue into Pleasant Valley. See Post Office on the right, Grand A on the right, Texaco on the Left, than American Legion. Turn left directly across from Mobile station - into Toconic Plaza directly across street -see Pizza -Valley Fitness. Follow driveway around the back on the right side to the first door.

COMING FROM SOUTH-Take Taconic North. to EXIT ROSSWAY RD, make left CROSSING OVER MEDIAN THAN SHARP RIGHT on other side ROSSWAY RD. Follow Rossway to end. taking a left on RT. 44 . Than turn right DIRECTLY across from MOBILE STATION on LEFT into the TACONIC PLAZA see VALLEY FITNESS. Follow driveway to BACK of the buildings. First door on upper level MARKED with a sign.

FROM THE NORTH - the same EXIT that is marked Rossway Rd coming from the SOUTH is marked DRAKE RD make right. at that exit, but then an IMMEDIATE & SHARP 2nd RIGHT onto ROSSWAY - then look at the above directions from the [***] sign above--
