John Gross  

John Gross is the son of a retired Baptist pastor. Like many preachers kids he rebelled against the Lord during his teenage years. Through a dramatic encounter with Jesus Christ at the age of 21, he surrendered his life to the Lord. 21 years later as the father of two and grandfather of three he offers a fresh look at the mission of the church through the eyes of an ordinary lay Christian. He challenges the every day Christian to offer their lives as laborers in the Lord’s fields that are white and ready for harvest. His experiences with short-term mission outreaches will serve to inspire leader and layman alike. John now resides in Kansas City Missouri with his wife Dianna. He is the Founder of HouseOfFriends.org.
